[Q] Moto G 1st gen - Different eMMC chips?

Does the first-gen Moto G use eMMC chips from different manufacturers? I ask this because my phone originally came with a SanDisk chip and, when i sent it to a service center, it came with a new logic board, which uses a Samsung one (with a smaller userdata partition plus lots of errors when trying to remount /system read-write while the system is running)

Anyone else here got a G with a Samsung storage chip?
