Q Mobile X11 Boot Loop

Hey, I have a QMobile x11. The mobile has not been rooted, I dropped the mobile from a height and the lcd broke after I got it fixed the mobile is stuck in the boot loop. I searched online and the only options were to either hard rest or root. Now here's the problem, when I go to the menu for hard reset there is no option to do it and since the mobile won't boot up I can't enable usb debugging and root it.
Can someone please help me out here :confused:
