[Q] Is it possible to improve screen quality on my HTC D526g ?

I'm totally happy with my new phone but the screen quality specially on menu and the wallpaper annoys me a bit and I got the feeling that it's not all hardware's fault...

I read that you can change DPI, though I'm not sure that will help me be happier with my screen.

what's your thoughts?
