problems with rWatch

Hi,
I have 3 problems with my watch I cannot resolve.
1. Every time if connects or disconnects to my phone it sets the time back approx 6 hrs
2.On receiving a call the volume is very low and the callers says I am muffled when answering. If I make a call its clear both ends.
3. I can access my messages but not my address book.

Can anyone help me?
