Problem to unlock bootloader

I need to unlock the bootloader of my Moto G 2014 but after i try to reinstall his stock rom, he bricked and the developer mode is blocked. Now I can't access the developer mode. I am desperate because not find anything that can help me. Someone can help me, please? Thanks :(:(
