Problem pairing to Moto 360?

SO I've recently been having trouble pairing with my moto 360.

I've factory reset the moto 360 with no luck. However, my phone BT is working because I can still connect to other devices.

I'm on the Xtrestolite v.2.2 (5.1.1) with the UniKernel.

I"m able to connect the 360 to my Nexus 7, so I know it's the phone and not the watch.

Any tips?
