Problem before/during flashing

I wanted to flash baltic generic with flashtool and when the popup says the following: I press down the volume button and connect it to the PC i get red error on flashtool:

18/028/2015 21:28:39 - ERROR - Error in processHeader
18/028/2015 21:28:39 - ERROR - Error flashing. Aborted

any ideas?
