I was thinking about a port of the ASUS's ZenUI from ASUS Fonepad 7 to our Nexus 7.
ASUS publishes a sort of "factory images" in .zip format on its site, you can find them here.
I downloaded one of them, just for curiosity, and I saw that they're pretty similar to custom ROM's zips.
So, I was thinking about following that guide using one of the zips on the ASUS site, and see what happens. Is It waste of time?
And so, there is another problem with porting ZenUI to Nexus 7: /system partition in just less than 1GB, Fonepad's factory image is around 1.10 uncompressed.
