Please i really need your Help

i have htc droid dna which whenever i check my balance it showed in china, i want to install cwm or trwp recovery so that i can flash Fix_USSD_KK_4_4_2.zip which work for some people, but im newbie in htc i need help on how how to s-off then get custom recovery, this is my hboot version
