Hello everybody, I got a G3 D855 (european version) of 32 GB with Lollipop 5.0 stuck in bootscreen. I have never tried to root it and I would like to keep/ save my files currently inside without making a hard reset.
I have tried LG Flash Tool 2014, LG Mobile Support Tool, KDZ Software Update, LG PC Suite and BoardDiag v2.99a on Windows 7 Starter (32 bits), but no one worked. With LG Flash Tool 2014 on "Normal flash" the progress bar never passes from 47-49% and the upgrade ends saying: "Upgrade stopped due to an error.".
I got problems with the driver LGE Android Net MTP Device wich never installs fine and gives me errors. This driver and the driver LGE Mobile Novacom (both updated) say something like "This device can't launch. (Code 10)".
How can I fix this without losing my data inside or how can I access to my data inside and extract them before performing a hard reset? (My main language is Spanish). Please help, I need my phone asap :(
