Please help for my bootloop zenfone

I have an bootloop problem after I have the OTA update.
I guess it is because the phone is rooted.
So, I am trying to fix it.
I have tried to wipe the cache in recovery but it get more worse
I cant go to recovery now
At first I want to sideload the stock rom to fix the bootloop
But now cannot
Can anyone help ?
I dont want to lose my data
