Please Help!!! CM 10 is stuck in boot loop and can't fix

I was running Insane KitKat 4.4.4 and flashed CM 10.2 and it was running fine except for a few bugs so I tried flashing back to KK 4.4.4. I forgot to save a back up and now it is completely fried. I tried everything I could think to do and have managed to get it back into a bootloop of the CM10 ROM. It doesn't allow me to flash anything else and the download screen says in grey "write protection enabled" and eMAC burst mode enabled". I don't know how to fix this or if it can be fixed. Can someone please HELP!!!! I cannot turn on degugging cause I can't get into the ROM but I can get into the CWM recovery and download screens. I also can't reset to to stock. It just won't get out of the CM 10 bootload screen? HELP HELP HELP PLEASE!!!
