Pin lock forget on moto e 2nd gen.

Hi friends, please please please help me!!!!!! I have a mote e 2nd gen. brand new just buyed it and I have stuck in pin lock I forgot my pin for unlock my phone and i don't have sign-in with my Google account on my moto e 2nd gen. And also i can't boot in recovery because my bootloader is locked and i can't unlock my bootloader because it requires to eble developer mod and i didn't eble it but only thing I have is imei number of my phone. So guys please help me it is brand new phone just buyed. Please please please!!!!!
