Phone that reads ATA5577 ?

Hey all hoping you can help me out
So recently I've implanted an xem tag (model ATA5577 runs at 125khz)
I was hoping once implanted I could unlock my phone with it but my phone won't read it
(S5 mini) and I was wondering if there is a way to force it (I have root) or if not if you can recommend a phone that can
