Phone Not Auto-Switching from 3G to 4G LTE Moto X (2013) on Net10

I went for a bike ride today and noticed my phone switched to 3G (in a presumed 3G area) but when I got back to my house (verified 4G area) the phone did not auto-switch back to 4G LTE, it stayed in 3G. It just started doing that since I switched to Net10, I called them and they said "everything is provisioned properly". Any ideas on what is happening and how to fix?
