over 100000 times used fine location

Hi, first of all i'm not a native so sry for bad english (screenshots are in english tough).

I have a OnePlus One and I'm on Exodus with stock kernel.

My phone has bad memory drain and when i go to privacy settings to look closey at what my apps are doing i saw this:

Google Play Services used fine location over 100000 times in under lets say two weeks.

here you see whatsapp reading the contact information just as often and half as often editing them.
What is going on with my phone? Has sb experienced sth similar?
