OTA and recovery

Hi,
I Just got my Z00AD with Z3560 and 4GO RAM.
I had it from Gearbest.
My Rom is LRX21V.WW-ASUS_Z00A-2.15.40.13_20150506_3876_user, it seems not to be le last on... but no OTA update !!! :confused:
I guess it's because my recovery is LRX21V.CN-ASUS_A00A-2.13.40.13_20150401_8390_user .... a chineese one !!!:(
Am I right ?:confused:
Can I flash another recovery t have OTA update from Asus ? wich should I choose ?:rolleyes:
