Optium G relocated my 64gb after I copied around 10gb how to get back?

So my 16gb internal is a wreck of a nightmare all the data keeps moving around. In CWM my internal storage is different than in windows.

So I bought a 64gb micro sd card. Plugged it in, transferred a bunch of music. Now I unplugged it and it created like 20 waste of space folders and my custom "New Folder" is gone.

It shows as filled but the folder is gone so how do I get it back? How do I get my internal and external to stay the same all the time?
