Note 4 for North America..which model..?

I want to order a new Note 4 in a couple days, new to Samsung, which model / variant do I order to use in North America, on LTE..

I'm confused, because the model listed for N.America seems to be hard to find..or am I REALLY confused..PLEASE help..
