Note 3 Apps & Features on cm12.1

can someone please port n9005 stock apps and features such as camera, s-pen features,smart stay, smart pause, quick settings in status bar etc to cm12.1. Because there are many amazing mods that cause issues on stock tw roms and work really fine on cm12.1. But we don't want to loss the amazing stock features as well.

I'm no dev nor I have sufficient knowledge and therefore I don't know if it's technically possible or not. But it seems a great idea ;)
