Not remembering Wifi Password.. (not rooted) on Lollipop

Hello fellow XDA friends, I'm having issue with my wifi as shown in the YouTube video below.

As you can see, the network I connected to just in the video don't have its password remembered after turning the phone's Wifi function off or rebooting or turning off the phone completely.
I've tried the "disable google backup" and that didn't work, I've contacted samsung support and they tell me to send it to them (But my Knox is tripped LOL)

I had this problem on previous Kitkat roms as well but I was rooted then and the fix I tried that worked was changing ro.securestorage something to false.

This phone was imported from Malaysia with model number N9005.

I fixed it before with root but I don't want to root current rom so I can use some security payment apps without worry.
