(NOOB Q) - Fastboot oem get_identifier_token not working on my m9 (Pls HELP!!)

Hi Guys,

I have a problem on unlocking my m9 bootloader. I followed the steps on HTCDev and i'm stuck on "fastboot oem get_identifier_token" step, giving me this error..

C:\Users\roi\Downloads>fastboot oem get_identifier_token
... (bootloader) [KillSwitch] : /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/frp

(bootloader) [KillSwitch] Last Byte is 0X00, disable unlock

(bootloader) [KillSwitch] oem unlock Turn Off!

What should i do? did i missed a step?
