No Mobile Data on D618

hey guys
everything work except mobile data in my phone
i installed stock lollipop V20b and v20d xdz using lg flash tools but no fix
then downgraded to v10 but it does not helped
installed cm12.1 same issue here

phone have data usage (Network=>mobile data) so my apn setting is ok
