New Rom for Tab 3 10.1 P5200

I'm ready to make a touchwiz rom for the tab 3 10.1 inch P5200 Model

but i don't know is there are people intersted in this or not and if there is

is there any one can help me when i need help ?

currently i'm confussed to make CM 12 as Base or use the stock 4.4.2 IT WILL BE TOUCHWIZ!
