Need some help getting Fallout shelter on my device.

So here is the deal I own a Nook HD (I know I need to upgrade to something better) and awhile back I learned from this site how to use developer tools (using command prompt to download using the adb command) to download apps onto it that are not compatible which I have downloaded and turn out are in fact compatible examples are tiny death star, contest of champions, Injustice. and i have got these onto my device no issue, but when I try and download fallout it just won't install, here is what I did I went to apps.evozi apk-downloader generated a download link from the google play store, then I used these commands on my command prompt.

c:\users\wanda_2\desktop>adb install com.bethsoft.falloutshelter.apk

and then it just stays there and never does anything, I have left it for an hour to 2 hours and never got the success message. any and all help would be appreciated I have been waiting for this game to come to android for awhile now, please provide some help.
