Need help with hosts file !

Hello,

I need help with etc/hosts file, cause everyhour, an ip been added into that hosts file, and when there ip, i cant open google services,

I just need to stop adding ip automaticly to that -hosts- file

My phone is rooted , im using SM-N910P note 4 running lolipop 5.1.1
