[Need Help] USSD code not running in any ROM xt912

Hi.
I am using xt912 gsm prepaid sim India.
I am facing problem with ussd code for checking my balance and other think.
Like *111# not working.
I tried CM12.1 and AOKP
But same problem.
Can any one fix this ?
Or give me any other rom 4.4 or 4.1
