My Xperia L c2105 Stuck in colored waves after unlocking bootloader

Hi,
i unlocked the bootloader of my Xperia L c2105 using flashtool. after rebooting the device it stuck in the colored waves of loading page. i tried to flash stock rom using flashtool but it cannot proceed, it says usb debugging and unknown source must be Enabled, and as long as i can't access this options it cant flash the stock rom, i googled this issue, everywhere people said "Flash stock rom via flashtool", im comfused, how can i do that ???? Please Help.
