Moto E Update related

I'm having moto e, and I've unlocked the bootloader and downgraded it to KitKat 4.4.4 because I tried lollipop soak test 5.0.2 in my phone and faced some problems.. Now I'm getting official OTA update for 5.1 and I need to use the official lollipop build for moto e. Should I update it or not.. Because already I've bricked my phone on downgrading to 4.4.2 and then updating it to 4.4.4 :confused: Will the same thing happen again if I update it to 5.1 from 4.4.4 ???
