moto e briked

i flashed dolby atoms and when mobile boots it shows in screen unfortunately dolby stoped working
repeatedly its showing an error message
so , i went to twrp and gave factory reset
then to its showing error message then i erased every thing internal memory ,cache,dalvic cache
then i flashed new rom but its not flashing because its showing internal memory is zero

please any one help
