Okay I got this note 4 from my buddy which he got from rentacenter he had the phone paid off well in my settings I didn't have any available software updates for lollipop I had to use samsung switch something because my phone isn't compatible with kies oh even though I have the tmobile one it's running straight talk at&t towers my mobile data works everywhere else just sometimes I have to swap back and forth from one apn to another I can browse apps in the playstore but when I hit install it never starts the download this wasn't an issue earlier today before I updated and I'm not rooted any help would be appreciated thanks
