messed up with my galaxy s5. plz help.

i have flashed mod camera zip........i cleared cache and factory reset the phone
When i rebooted phone then my camera stopped working.
And a popup is coming com.google.process.gapps stopped working......then i tried to fix it.........but i cant. So i am thinking to install the stock firmware using odin. And unroot it........will this rectify my camera and popup problem? Plzzz help ASAP:crying:
