Well to be honnest im so hopeless here , Lets just say i got broken GIFT lol , yeah thats true ..... anyways i my cousin lives in US and baught me a toshiba Encore Mini WT7 and i got so happy before even landin my hands on it , after i unboxed it , seems the windows is broken on it and i can only access the bios , i tried to read so many topics and all of them were suggesting me to restore from recovery disk which i dont even have it and its only shippin to few countries for 40$ and my country isnt listed there ,what im trying to ask if i create recovery image from my own windows 8.1 pc and use it on my thumb drive to restore the tablet , is that possible ? if no please give me other solutions , i live so far from US , 14 hours on plane so you can guess .
