malware in my motorola

Hi.
First of all sorry for my english.

I have the malware FBI/interpol/police virus in my computer (i dont know the name in other countries but it makes my tablet useless, i cant tap buttons or perform any device because it only apears a page that told me that i have to pay a certain amount of money to unlock)

i try to reset my tablet to fabric mode but when i enter in the recovery mode i cant do the restore to fabric mode and practically anything (wipe data/wipe cache) because the tablet shows a message telling that E: cant mount cache/log and another 4 items similar.

I supose that a solution can be connect the tablet to my pc but i cant enter in usb debugging so i cant use mobile device programs that can remove that malware of my computer
