Looking for T700 ROM recommendation

I just bought a Tab S 8.4 and rooted it. I've had other Android devices before, like the Nexus 7. I tried to uninstall some bloatware but the system reinstalled it all. I'm looking for a custom ROM like CleanROM for the Nexus 7 - with less bloatware or at least the ability to choose which apps I want to keep.
