Lollipop update via Odin - Invalid ext4

I have an Asian 4.4.2 and rooted via towelroot. As there has been a long wait, I downloaded UK lollipop update from SamMobile and flash it. All seems well until hidden.img then flashing fails. The message was 'Volume Size is too big 40960 < 204800, ODIN: Invalid ext4 image'.

Any idea how I can flash it? I'm stuck in Firmware upgrade encountered issue screen.
