For those who want to get rid of the "Bootloader Unlocked" on their otus device, I performed the usual modification to the boot logo file to remap the unlocked image to the standard image. Just download the attached file, unzip it, put your phone into bootloader mode, connect it to your computer, and run on your computer:
Be aware that the logo image was taken from an otus device. It won't work properly on surnia (it is missing resourced the surnia bootloader uses).
