Location is not available when copying files over to PC

Hi, hope you are able to shed some light. I save all my photos/videos on the device memory. When I try to copy these files over to PC, I get the error "Location is not available" . I have tried KIES3, but it says the phone is not supported. I then tried to import it via Windows Import in my computer, I also get the error. If it were saving on the SD card I could've formatted the card and see if that solved the problem, but with device memory it's not the same. I have no idea if something is stuffed up on the phone itself. Any ideas? :D
