I haven't found any other examples of this so I don't know what the exact issue is. My N5 took a bath in the creek for a few seconds, inside a worthless plastic bag but that may have helped a little. Anyway, took apart, blot dried, cleaned with alcohol, left on top of rice with dissident packs along the back for 36-40 hrs. After some charging it turned right on, seems to work fine but the top right and left corners are lighter. Barely notice with screen on and color underneath, but did I just not click something back into place hard enough like the motherboard or something? Or is the screen screwed up?
