LG Mobile Support Tool doesn't find my phone

Hi, I want to downgrade my phone from 5.0.2 to stock 4.4, but LG Mobile Support Tool doesn't find my phone. Drivers was installed, I tried with download mode and it didn't help. How can I back to stock ?
