LG G4 cannot use LG SmartWorld

Hello I have a problem with LG SmartWorld, whenever I am trying to download something it prompts me to login, I do that and when I click Download it says that there is a problem with my account and it automatically sing me out.

I cannot use LG SmartWorld at all while I have an account.

Does anyone else have the same problem? And possible a solution?
