I've done a bit on my phone over the past: installed TWRP, rooted, installed some ROMs, and eventually reverted back to stock Lollipop. Somewhere along the way, I lost the ability to use Download Mode properly, which prevents me from doing a number of things: installing root, a bootloader, ROMS, etc.
If I enter download mode, I'll see the following:
Firmware Update
Do not unplug the USB connection until the process is complete
Progress bar here remains at 0% at all times.
Beneath this section is a box that has two lines (first line is grey, second is in red):
VUSER_G2 B69
Modified
Any idea why my download mode is failing to continue? It should be installing the device to my computer at this time, but it just holds steady.
On a possibly related note, I've tried using various root methods (including a 1-click root program), none of which work. Something seems borked with my phone, though it otherwise functions normally.
Please help!
