LG G2 - Fake or Genuine

Hi, I have purchased a LG G2 brand new for my friend of E-Bay. But there is no Google play store on the pohne?

How can I tell if its genuine or fake?

When i go into settings, accounts add account, it only gives me 2 options, Microsoft Exchange & Email.
