LG G2 D802 International Freezes badly

Hello guys,

I am in big trouble !!! Please help me

I am having LG G2 D802 Intl. currently running on cloudyg2 3.3 lollipop ROM. Yesterday suddenly my phone went in sleep mode and then unable to take it out by pressing power button, so I restarted it but again within a minute of booting, screen got completely freezes with display still on and it heated a lot. I tried restarting couple of times but that did not helped as it got freezes within minute of restarting phone..

So I went in TWRP and reflashed cloudyg2 3.3 lollipop ROM. But still same issue persist. I am clueless if this is software or hardware problem.

Requesting all senior devs to help me get out of trouble.
