I just ordered a new battery for my G2 and everything went fine in my reassembly but the phone would not show any signs of powering on or charging. After QUADRUPLE checking I've found the it will only turn on if the battery connector is pushed so the left side of the connector is disconnected.Weird. I've experimented with ways to keep the connector in place while I reattach the back cover and casing but it is always pushed down. If the phone is already on while the battery connector is pushed down then it will show it is charging but will not charge AT ALL. Any ideas what I can do?
