I'm using the latest safestrap that allows use of the preinstall and webtop partitions for system and data (dont remember which one is used for which). Since these partitions are kinda small, I filled it up quick when restoring apps from Titanium Backup.
When I went to move some of the larger apps to SD card, I got a generic error "Couldn't move app to SD card" or something like that. I also couldn't install any apps no matter how much space I freed by uninstalling larger apps.
The fix was to free up a bit of space by uninstalling an app or two, then rebooting to Safestrap. Go into the Wipe menu, then Advanced Wipe, and check the Dalvik Cache, and Cache folders.
Reboot and move apps all you want!
