Apologies if my question is strange.
It's just that I have used WhatCrypt and WhatsApp Xtract to decrypt my WhatsApp backup as I needed a log of my entire chat history (which I couldn't get by emailing the chat to myself as it is very big). When I used these tools I have noticed that the WhatsApp database gets uploaded while being decrypted. My question is if the uploaded database being retained? My fear is that my WhatsApp database could be held by whoever maintains the server of both these tools.
