Is there any reason not to install the recent update on a Sprint M8?

So Sprint just recently released an update for the HTC M8, looking it up, it appears to be for fixing the Stagefreight exploit.

I wanted to know if there were any other surprises in this that patch any of the security holes used for apps to gain S-OFF of anything else along the lines?
