Is my LGG2 D800 Bricked??? Need help badly!!

ATT LG G2. Got a Watchdog Bark! then a Watchdog Bite! and now my phone is crap. No OS. No ability to connect to the PC. Always registers as "USB Unknown Device".

Has three modes. Mode 1: Download Mode. Shows the little rect box with small circles then nothing, stays on this screen until killed.
Mode 2: LG emblem on screen. Phone just sits there dead.
Mode 3: Screen is on but you can not see anything (very soft light screen, no LG emblem) and this is when phone is identified as "USB Unknown Device".

Tried factory wipe and reset. No go. Phone just sits there in Mode 2.

Android drivers, universal LG drivers do not work. Can not get to COM41 for reload using LG Flash Tools.

Would like to reload phone but unless I can find a way to format the disk or even get the computer to recognize the LG G2 as a drive nothing seems to work.

Any way at all to get the PC connected to the phone so that I can re-flash OS? Have everything I need to do a flash except CONNECTION to phone via USB cord.
