Installing digital aerial?

Hi, I have this unit:

The standard fm radio does not work, and I sometimes use tunein radio, but I don't always have a internet signal.

I'm thinking of buying a digital car aerial and installing that to use digital radio, does anyone know if this is possible? If so what is the best digital radio app?
